The room size was HUGE. I had a kitchenette with everything needed for a short stay. The soundproofing was very good, and it was QUIET. The connected Aloft Hotel restaurant served good meals at reasonable prices.

The shuttle got delayed A LITTLE in traffic.

I found the hotel's location convenient because of its closeness to the airport. the shuttle service to and from the airport was very punctual. it made my transit smooth! the check-in process was efficient, and the front desk staff was polite. they addressed my questions quickly. I appreciated this.

the Wi-Fi reliability needs SOME improvement, it could further enhance guest satisfaction.
